Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel Launched In Malaysia At RM192,888
Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (SDAC-Ford), the sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, has launched the all-new Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel, priced from RM192,888 (in Peninsular Malaysia).
This flagship WildTrak variant marks the debut of Ford’s 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine in Malaysia, delivering a class-leading 250 PS (247 hp) @ 3,250 rpm and 600 Nm of torque @ 1,750 rpm. Paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive, the new WildTrak 3.0 offers 6 selectable drive modes – Normal, Eco, Tow/Haul, Slippery, Mud/Ruts and Sand – along with advanced drivetrain settings for both urban and off-road conditions (similar to the Raptor).

Premium Design And Technology
On the outside, the WildTrak 3.0L V6 stands out with familiar Matrix LED headlamps, C-clamp daytime running lights. It also has 20″ alloy wheels, and a distinctive V6 emblem on the fender. Inside, the cabin features a 12-inch SYNC 4A infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 8″ TFT multi-information display, wireless charging, and multiple USB ports including a windscreen-mounted port for dashcams.
Safety is a key highlight, with technologies such as Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), Lane Departure Warning with Lane-Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go and Lane Centering, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Post-Collision Braking.
