iCAUR Malaysia Opens Shah Alam Components Hub Ahead Of iCAUR 03 Launch
iCAUR Malaysia officially unveiled its Components Hub in Shah Alam, to highlight the strengthening of the brand’s after-sales readiness ahead of the upcoming iCAUR 03 SUV launch later this year.
Located in the Hicom Industrial Estate, the 88,000-square-foot warehouse is managed by Chery Corporate Malaysia and shared with OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia. The facility began operations in March 2025, allowing iCAUR to steadily build its parts inventory well before its first model reaches customers in Q3 2025.
iCAUR Malaysia Vice President Emily Lek said the centralised location is key to supporting the brand’s growing nationwide dealer network, which will soon reach 16 partners, with more planned for 2026. “The spirit of iCAUR’s ‘Born to Play’ philosophy means we are also born ready,” she said. “By steadily building up our portfolio of parts and components—and backed by a global automotive player with robust supply chains—iCAUR Malaysia is poised to grow alongside our network while strengthening the premium after-sales service standards that our discerning customers expect.” 
The Components Hub houses over 10,000 curated spare parts and components, ensuring rapid and efficient service for customers. It also supports Chery International’s regional strategy to position Malaysia as a key hub for right-hand drive (RHD) models in ASEAN, aligning with the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) and National Automotive Policy (NAP) 2020 goals for next-generation vehicle (NxGV) development.
Public Test Drive For iCAUR 03 2WD Variant
To give the public a first taste of its EV line-up, iCAUR Malaysia will host the iCAUR iXPERIENCE Obstacle Drive at Plaza Arkadia, Desa ParkCity, from 21–24 August 2025. For the first time, visitors can test drive the all-electric iCAUR 03 Two Wheel Drive (2WD) variant, powered by a 135 kW (181 hp) motor and 65.7 kWh battery which offers up to 426 km of driving range (based on NEDC cycle). 
The event will also feature the high-performance Intelligent Wheel Drive (iWD) dual-motor variant, offering 279 PS (275 hp) and up to 418 km of range. Estimated pricing for the iCAUR 03 is between RM145,000 and RM155,000. You can place your booking now with a fully refundable fee of RM1,000.
Early adopters will receive a limited-edition iCAUR 03 scale model worth RM1,388, exclusively for the first 30 bookings made during the event.
Held alongside the OMODA | JAECOO SHS Carnival, the showcase will include the iCAUR ‘Toy Box’ display vehicle, interactive activities, and a “Guess the Price” challenge with exclusive merchandise prizes. The event runs daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with test drive slots available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
