Mazda3 Concept Debuts At Bermaz Auto Showcase

Bermaz Motor Trading Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Mazda vehicles in Malaysia, has unveiled the Mazda3 Concept prototype at the Bermaz Auto Showcase. Developed by the MazdaSports Division, this new iteration builds upon the spirit of the 2016 Mazda3 MS Edition, with a bolder design and upgraded performance enhancements that reaffirm Mazda’s commitment to driver engagement and personalization.

The Mazda3 Concept is a one-off prototype that offers a glimpse into Bermaz’s vision for the future of customized Mazda models. Inspired by the philosophy of Jinba Ittai – the unity between car and driver – the concept vehicle blends motorsport aesthetics with road-going refinement.

Visually, the Mazda3 Concept features a custom piano black body kit, giving it a sleeker and more aggressive appearance. Key exterior highlights include Enkei Tuning SC22 wheels in Matte Gunmetal, a redesigned rear spoiler for improved high-speed stability, an enlarged MS-branded exhaust tip, and a strut bar to improve chassis rigidity.

Performance upgrades continue with Endless Super Street S-Sports brake pads, offering improved fade resistance, braking stability, and overall driving confidence. These enhancements aim to deliver a sharper, more responsive driving experience in line with the concept’s sporty ambitions. Complementing these aesthetic and performance upgrades are enhanced suspension and chassis tuning, intended to elevate comfort and handling. 

Inside, the cabin has been transformed into a premium, motorsport-inspired space. Suede-trimmed seats with red centre stripes offer a striking contrast while providing all-day comfort. A suede-wrapped steering wheel enhances grip and control, while exclusive body vinyl graphics tie together the cabin’s bespoke styling cues with the exterior design.

The Mazda3 Concept emphasizes craftsmanship and personalization, targeting enthusiasts who seek an emotional connection with their vehicle.
