Jaecoo Malaysia Hosts First Appreciation Gala To Celebrate Customers; J8 Preview Starts Tomorrow At 1Utama
With over 9,000 vehicles delivered, Jaecoo Malaysia attributes its success to strong customer support. The brand continues to expand with new models, competitive pricing, and a growing dealer network (45 dealerships established since its 2024 market entry) to solidify its position in Malaysia’s premium SUV segment.

Just recently, Jaecoo hosted its first Gala Dinner for over 200 owners, with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL city skyline as a backdrop. The event reinforced Jaecoo’s dedication to customer engagement and premium ownership experiences. Attendees were treated to activities like batik painting featuring J-Club designs and an AI-powered portrait sketch station, to showcase Jaecoo’s blend of heritage and innovation.
Further, Jaecoo’s J-Club is an exclusive owners’ club pioneered and driven by the brand itself. Membership automatically comes with every vehicle purchase. The club organizes various events to strengthen the connection between the brand and its owners. Recent highlights include a scenic drive event in Johor as well as a Northern Region Gathering in Penang as part of its post-Chinese New Year celebrations.
With a strong emphasis on aftersales service and community building, Jaecoo Malaysia plans to expand its J-Club offerings with more events and exclusive experiences. “Looking ahead, we are excited about 2025 and the milestones to come. As part of the gala evening’s highlights, Jaecoo also showcased its soon-to-launch J8 premium SUV. The model will be available for public preview at 1Utama Shopping Centre (GF Luxe) from 27 to 31 March, giving prospective customers an opportunity to experience its premium features firsthand.
