Stellantis Malaysia Boosts Customer Service With New Facilities For Peugeot & Leapmotor At Subang And Desa Parkcity

Stellantis Malaysia, in partnership with Allure Auto, has further expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the launch of a new service centre in Subang as well as a multi-brand showroom in Desa Parkcity. These new facilities will cater to customers across Subang Jaya, Old Klang Road, and Desa Parkcity and are part of Stellantis’ commitment to enhance customer experiences for both Peugeot and Leapmotor vehicles.

The Subang Service Centre is a significant development, uniquely housing both a Peugeot service centre and a dedicated Leapmotor Hub for servicing high-voltage electric vehicles. Spanning 5,702 sq ft, it has 6 service bays and 2 delivery bays, and staffed by 5 Stellantis-certified technicians and service advisors. Customers can expect comprehensive aftersales support, including spare parts, servicing, warranty work, and 24/7 careline assistance. This integrated approach is designed to streamline service for both Peugeot’s existing internal combustion engine vehicles and Leapmotor’s electric offerings.

Meanwhile, the Desa Parkcity showroom offers an immersive environment that showcases both Peugeot and Leapmotor models. Located in a high-traffic area of Kuala Lumpur, the showroom aims to enhance the customer experience with a modern lounge, interactive configuration TV, and other amenities.
