Maxim E-hailing Expands Delivery Service With New 4×4 Option For Lightweight Items In Kuala Lumpur
Maxim E-hailing has introduced a new delivery option in Kuala Lumpur, expanding its services with a 4×4 vehicle option for lightweight items that don’t require a larger vehicle. This new service caters to the needs of users seeking reliable transport for small- to medium-sized objects like office equipment, chairs, and tables.
In response to the growing demand from small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Kuala Lumpur, Maxim E-hailing’s latest addition allows businesses to handle deliveries of smaller items efficiently and conveniently. This new service will prove valuable for SMEs that often require quick and straightforward transport for manageable items.
“Delivery of customer’s orders by Maxim makes my day-to-day business operation easier, as the drivers directly pick up the items from my home and deliver them to customers. This is also the safest way to deliver cakes as I need to ensure that they are delivered in good condition and their quality is not spoiled. Not only that, but Maxim have also allowed us to include two or three locations for delivery in one order, so I can send my order on the same trip with one price,” said Ms Farhah, the owner of Urneeds.
The new service began in mid-October, with its first delivery from Columbia Asia Hospital in Setapak to Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan in Wangsa Maju. This time, the order was handled by a Maxim partner-driver in a Perodua Alza.
“This service is one of the efforts from the management to help users that need transportation of small-to- medium-sized items, to make their life easier. We also provide clear and upfront pricing, so our customers always know what to expect without worrying about hidden fees. This is complemented by our real-time tracking capabilities, which allow customers to monitor their items’ location and status at any time, offering unparalleled peace of mind. We’ve also streamlined the booking process through a user-friendly app, making it incredibly convenient for customers to schedule their orders,” said Mohd Hazwan Musley, Director of Maxim Malaysia.
Maxim’s app also offers users the option to request assistance from the partner-driver for carrying items, displaying the final price before the order is placed, so users can manage their expenses confidently without worrying about unexpected costs.
Maxim’s 4×4 delivery option is now available for booking directly through its app, with the company assuring a streamlined experience from start to finish.
Since launching in Malaysia in 2019 with its first order in Kuantan, Maxim E-hailing has steadily expanded its services nationwide. The company’s technology-driven approach has enabled it to register a large customer base and process millions of orders, providing Malaysians with modern, accessible, and safe delivery options. The Maxim app is available across the popular platforms such as Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, GetApps, Oppo App Market, Vivo App Store, and Galaxy Store.
