DMM Sales Breaks Ground On First Perodua 3S Centre In East Coast; Expanding Services In Kelantan

DMM Sales Sdn Bhd (DMMS) marked a major milestone recently with the official groundbreaking ceremony of the Perodua DMM Sales 3S Centre in Pasir Mas, Kelantan. This will be the company’s 18th outlet and the first 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) Centre in the East Coast, reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its presence and service offerings across Malaysia. DMMS is a subsidiary of Daihatsu Malaysia Group, and the largest Perodua dealership in Malaysia.
Strategically located within the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) Pasir Mas Halal Hub, the new 3S centre will cover 84,506 square feet. With an investment of RM6.4 million dedicated to its development, the facility aims to cater to the growing demand for Perodua’s vehicles and aftersales services in Kelantan, while supporting the company’s broader goal of expanding to improve accessibility to Perodua’s range of vehicles and services while contributing to the region’s economic growth.
In his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Arman Mahadi, Managing Director of Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd said, “This is an exciting moment for us as we expand into the East Coast. We are proud to be part of this growing community of approximately 230,000 residents and look forward to serving our customers here.” Once operational, this centre will provide existing and new Perodua customers in Kelantan with greater accessibility to Perodua’s high-quality vehicles, aftersales services, and genuine parts under one roof.
“With this new facility, not only will it meet the automotive needs of this region, but it will also create job opportunities, enhance existing skills, and boost the socio-economic development of the people in Pasir Mas and its surrounding areas,” he added.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Ybhg. Datuk JH Rozman Bin Jaafar, Chief Operating Officer of Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd.; Mr. Megat Shah Rizal Bin Noor Ikhsan, General Manager of East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC), Kelantan Regional Office; Mr. Mohd Shuhairy bin Samsudin, Secretary Management of Majlis Daerah Pasir Mas as well as management personnel from Perodua.

The establishment of the DMMS Perodua 3S Centre is also aligned with the government’s efforts to promote sustainable growth within the East Coast Economic Region. The new facility is expected to not only boost the local economy but also inspire entrepreneurs to explore new business opportunities within the ECER Pasir Mas Halal Hub.
The project is scheduled to be completed by August 2025 and expected to enhance DMMS’ network reach. DMMS currently has 17 sales outlets, 13 service centres, and 2 body and paint centres across the country.
