Isuzu Malaysia has introduced a new insurance policy tailored specifically for its vehicle owners, aiming to  simplify the often confusing process of choosing the right coverage. The new Isuzu Insurance Pro offers a comprehensive package that ensures Isuzu vehicles and their drivers are well protected, providing peace of mind for customers. 

Available for all Isuzu vehicles, whether for new purchases or renewals, Isuzu Insurance Pro is designed to deliver both security and convenience. The policy includes an array of ‘best-in-class’ benefits to enhance the overall ownership experience for Isuzu owners.

The Isuzu Insurance Pro policies are underwritten by a panel of 5 major insurance and takaful companies and covers all D-Max models, as well as the full range of Isuzu’s light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks, including the ELF, FORWARD, and GIGA series.

Isuzu Insurance Pro offers several key benefits, including:

• Fast approval for claims under RM20,000.
• Unlimited free 300 km round-trip towing for D-Max models and 3x free 100 km round-trip towing for ELF models.
• Free coverage for all drivers, flood relief benefits, and key-loss coverage.
• Motor personal accident coverage of up to RM10,000 for both policyholders and authorised drivers.
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• 10 years of betterment and excess exemption
• Agreed value coverage up to 10 years for D-Max, and for the first year for Isuzu trucks.

Additionally, all claims made under the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme will be honoured with genuine Isuzu parts, provided the vehicles are returned to authorised Isuzu centres for servicing.
