Jaecoo Malaysia Launches Flagship 3S Dealership In Glenmarie, Shah Alam
Jaecoo Malaysia is preparing a solid brand foundation in Malaysia to retail and service its upcoming products. Prior to the upcoming official launch of the Jaecoo J7, it has officially launched its first 3S dealership in the Klang Valley.
Strategically located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, this 3S dealership is operated by ES Premium Holdings Sdn Bhd. This flagship 3S dealership will set the stage for Jaecoo, a premium off-road SUV brand, to offer a premum ownership experience. The opening of this dealership also marks the launch of Jaecoo’s first authorised dealership, with 34 more set to follow in the coming months.

Jaecoo Glenmarie 3S has a built-up size of 23,000 sq ft on a land size of 40,000 sq ft. It houses sales, aftersales service, and service parts storage conveniently under one roof. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious ‘Super Walkway’, which can showcase up to 7 display models, extending from the ground floor to the first floor.
The showroom will use interactive LED displays that allow you to explore vehicle specifications at your own pace. This is complemented by professionally trained sales advisors who are ready to address inquiries and arrange test drives. Currently, the dealership features the Jaecoo J7 All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and Two-Wheel Drive (2WD) variants.

The dealership is planned to cater to an average of 300 visitors a month, and is designed with a cosy customer lounge with a dedicated coffee and tea bar, high-speed internet connectivity, and prayer rooms. Another highlight of this flagship showroom is the delivery lounge, embodying the ‘From Classic, Beyond Classic’ DNA of the Jaecoo brand.
Aftersales service is a critical component of ES Premium’s Jaecoo 3S dealership in Glenmarie. Here, you can expect a seamless aftersales experience managed by dedicated service managers. Every Jaecoo vehicle owner can have peace of mind thanks to the brand’s secured supply chain and a well-stocked genuine parts warehouse here in Malaysia.
The service facility is manned by trained technicians who have access to top-of-the-line tools. The service centre includes 2 post lifts and scissor lifts, and has the capacity to service over 500 vehicles a month. It also includes an electric vehicle (EV) bay for future-proofing the dealership. 
Once all 35 dealerships are officially launched, the Jaecoo service network will have approximately 180 service bays nationwide to serve its customers. Jaecoo Malaysia’s dealership network is further supported by a dedicated auto parts warehouse and a production plant in Shah Alam.
The locally assembled Jaecoo J7 will see its official launch celebrated over 3 days i.e. 19 – 21 July.
