Harmony Auto Launches Its First BYD 3S Outlet In Kuala Lumpur
Harmony Auto, a leading automobile dealership group has officially launched its first BYD 3S outlet in Kuala Lumpur. In China, Harmony Auto has a comprehensive portfolio of luxury and super-luxury automobile brand dealerships.
Its first BYD outlet in Malaysia is located in Hartamas Shopping Centre, conveniently situated near the mall’s parking entrance fronting Jalan Sri Hartamas 1. Covering about 8,000 square feet, the new BYD 3S outlet is equipped with a range of facilities designed to enhance the customer experience. It features a spacious car display area, a customer lounge, dedicated discussion rooms, as well as a vehicle delivery area. 
For added convenience, the aftersales reception area is directly accessible from the mall’s parking area and is designed with personalised service processes as a priority. Immediately outside the outlet, BYD owners have access to 6 parking spaces fitted with 4 charging stations (3 DC and 1 AC). The layout of the dealership has been carefully planned to ensure seamless access and convenience for customers and also represent BYD’s commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.
“The opening of the BYD Hartamas outlet in a mall not only brings new vitality to the Malaysian market but also injects new momentum into introducing Malaysia’s green travel,” said Mr. Liang Xinyue, President of BYD Asia-Pacific, who officiated the launch of the outlet. He added that the location is ideal as it offers customers the convenience of shopping for BYD products and servicing their cars simultaneously. Liang believes that the growing number of BYD customers in Hartamas and its surrounding areas is evidence of increasing demand for green vehicles, which this new outlet aims to meet.

Harmony Auto’s BYD outlet will also include a Service and Spare Parts Centre, which is scheduled to be ready in Q4 this year. With the 3S centre fully operational, this BYD outlet will be the first 3S centre located in a shopping mall. Looking forward, both parties plan to further strengthen their cooperation by opening more BYD dealerships in Malaysia to continue promoting the national agenda for new energy vehicles. 
Harmony Auto also took the opportunity to hand over 10 BYD units to its customers at the official dealership opening, fulfilling its immediate car delivery promise.
