New Enhanced Warranty Package Is Standard For New Peugeot Vehicles
Peugeot Malaysia has introduced a new enhanced warranty package that is standard for all new Peugeot vehicles, effective immediately. This upgraded offering entitles customers to a 5-year warranty (or 150,000 km, whichever comes first). The package includes a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty complemented by an additional 2-year extended warranty, ensuring comprehensive protection for its new passenger vehicles.
Moreover, you have the option to extend the 5-year warranty with an additional 2-year coverage, allowing for a total of up to 7 years (or 200,000 km, whichever comes first) protection. This extension can be purchased within the first 90 days of ownership at a promotional price or up to 90 days before the initial warranty expires at the standard rate.
The respective prices for extended coverage for years 6 and 7 are:
- Peugeot 2008
- First 90 days of purchase – RM895
- Last 90 days before end of warranty – RM1,557
- Peugeot 3008
- First 90 days of purchase – RM957
- Last 90 days before end of warranty – RM1,659
- Peugeot 408
- First 90 days of purchase – RM957
- Last 90 days before end of warranty – RM1,659
- Peugeot 5008
- First 90 days of purchase – RM1,049
- Last 90 days before end of warranty – RM1,811
In addition, the Peugeot Landtrek’s current 3-year (or 100,000 km) warranty can also be extended. Owners can opt for a 2-year extension, bringing the total coverage to 5 years (or 150,000 km) for an additional fee of RM2,942. Alternatively, you can choose a 4-year extension, totaling 7 years (or 200,000 km) for RM5,148 if purchased within the first 90 days from the date of purchase.
