Ford Ranger StormTrak Launched In Malaysia; Only 200 Units Available Online
Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, has launched the new Limited-Edition Ford Ranger StormTrak. The Ranger StormTrak is limited to only 200 units and available exclusively online (shop.sdacford.com.my). You can also book other models such as the Everest and other Ranger variants in the same online shop. 
A combination of rugged capability, premium features, and advanced technologies, the Ford Ranger StormTrak is an enhancement of the popular Ranger WildTrak, designed for bold adventure seekers.

The limited edition Ranger StormTrak stands out with its unique StormTrak Scheme in both its exterior and interior. It features 20″ wheels with Asphalt Black matte paint and Race Red wheel inserts, a distinctive StormTrak grille and bumper, as well as new emblems and livery denoting its limited-edition status. Inside, the StormTrak Scheme continues with a dashboard accented with Race Red stitching, seats featuring the StormTrak logo, Race Red stitching, and Miko suede inserts a premium and stylish cabin experience.
For enhanced functionality, the Ranger StormTrak introduces several first-in-class features tailored for adventurers. These include Auxiliary Lamps for better illumination of dark off-road trails, Zone Lighting to brighten the vehicle’s surroundings, and cargo lights for added convenience when loading and unloading. The innovative features continue with the Flexible Rack System and Swing-in-Place Roof Rails, allowing one-handed adjustment of the sports bar and supporting versatile loads up to 80 kg (dynamic) and 250 kg (static), making it ideal for both adventure and work needs. It also incorporates advanced technologies like the e-Shifter with a 10-speed automatic transmission, Auto Brake Hold, and Active Park Assist 2.0, features found in the Ranger Raptor and Everest Titanium. The Ranger StormTrak is powered by a 2.0L Bi-turbo diesel engine which puts out 210 PS (207 hp) @ 3,750 rpm and 500 Nm of torque @ 1,750 – 2,000 rpm.

The Limited-Edition Ford Ranger StormTrak is priced from RM181,888 in Peninsular Malaysia, RM188,288 in Sabah, and RM188,288 in Sarawak. All prices are on-the-road without insurance. The Ranger StormTrak is available in 3 exterior colors i.e. Arctic White, Meteor Grey, and Absolute Black.
