For those in a hurry, Maxim’s app also features a ‘speed-up’ button for those who need to get a ride as soon as possible. For a small additional fee (between RM1 to RM3), this option prioritises your order and assigns the nearest available driver to ensure quicker service.
Pre-Booking Rides
Another effective way to ensure you get an e-hailing ride is through pre-booking. This is especially useful when you know your schedule i.e. when you need to leave a place or when you need to arrive at a particular destination. You can schedule rides in advance (up to 5 days in advance) through the Maxim app, specifying the address and time. This feature is particularly useful for travelers heading to the airport, ensuring timely pickups and reducing last-minute stress.
Carpooling To Save Time and Money
Carpooling is another popular option for Maxim users to save money. The service allows for up to 3 drop-off addresses per ride, making it convenient for colleagues, neighbours or friends to travel together.
