smart Malaysia Starts Delivery of smart #1 Pro
smart Malaysia has started deliveries of the smart #1 Pro, the entry level variant of its #1 line-up; the other variants being the #1 Premium and #1 Brabus.
Despite being the entry level mode, the smart #1 Pro still offers convenience, particularly for charging. smart is focused on addressing the common concern of range anxiety among EV owners by collaborating with key stakeholders to pioneer a comprehensive map of EV charging networks integrated within the car’s user interface as well as the mobile app. This feature opens access to over 70% of available charging points nationwide to help alleviate range anxiety. This innovative functionality enables users to seamlessly locate, initiate charging, and make payments, all within a single application. 
In addition, smart Malaysia also introduced the One-Stop Service Home Charging Solution, simplifying the purchase, installation, and scheduling of smartCharge Home Chargers through Hello smart App.
smart #1 Pro offers a 315 km driving range (WLTP) out of the 49 kWh LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery. Through 130 kW DC charging, it can be fully charged in less than 30 minutes under optimal conditions. The #1 Pro has a single motor producing 200 kW (272 PS) and 343 Nm of torque, which allows for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint time of 6.7 seconds. Top speed is capped at 180 km/h. Additionally, comfort is enhanced by an automatic 2-zone climate control and seat ventilation for both the driver and front passenger. Cabin ambience is enhanced by a panoramic Halo Roof that allows in more natural light.

The smart #1 Pro comes with 19″ alloy wheels and is available in 5 colour combinations i.e. Future Green, Quantum Blue, Digital White, Cyber Silver, and Laser Red. For the interior, there is only one colour theme specific for Pro variant i.e. After Dark. The smart #1 Pro has an On-The-Road Price (without insurance) of RM189,000.
