Tesla Expands Charging Network To Penang

Tesla Malaysia has recently expanded its charging network with the addition of Destination Chargers in Penang. The installation of 2 Destination charging stations at strategic locations i.e. The Ship Campus in Batu Kawan, and All Seasons Place on Penang island will provide enhanced convenience and accessibility to the growing community of Tesla owners in the region.

This expansion marks a milestone in Tesla’s commitment to enhancing its infrastructure support for Tesla EV owners in Malaysia. It also facilitates seamless cross-country travel from Singapore to Johor, and now to Penang for Tesla owners. The addition of these charging stations bolsters Tesla’s vision for electric mobility.

The Ship Campus has 8 Destination chargers while All Seasons Place mall has 4 Destination chargers to cover both Penang island and mainland. Tesla owners only need to plug in to any of these points and enjoy free charging. With the Tesla app, owners can monitor the charging status and receive notifications when their vehicles are ready to go. Tesla_Destination Charging Station_AC Charging
