The Mazda2 facelift gain a more distinctive, fresher look and new cabin trim. Inspired by the Evolved Kodo: Soul of Motion styling, the Mazda2 now gets a revised front grille with Mazda’s signature wing that gives it a sportier and more youthful look. Mazda2_Hatchback_Grille_Headlights

The new grille with a black honeycomb design and red accent, along with the sleeker front bumper design and 16″ black and chrome alloy wheels further enhance the sporty look. The car is equipped with automatic on / off headlights, rain-sensing wipers and auto-folding side mirrors.

Inside, you will find an auto-Dimming rear view mirror that helps reduce glare, as well as cruise control. Additionally, the dashboard trim is now in black, while the seat materials are black leatherette and suede with contrasting red stitching.

Specifications of the Mazda2 1.5L High Sedan and Hatchback remain unchanged. They include LED headlights, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility via the 7″ infotainment screen, as well as the i-Activsense advanced driver assist system.

The colour options include Snowflake White Pearl, Soul Red Crystal, Platinum Quartz, Polymetal Gray (Hatchback variant only), and newly added colours – AirStream Blue (Hatchback variant only) and Aero Gray (Sedan variant only).

The Mazda2 is sold as CBU (completely built-up) from Thailand. Retail prices are:

  • Mazda2 1.5L Sedan / Hatchback – RM108,670
  • Mazda2 1.5L Sedan / Hatchback – RM109,170 (Soul Red Crystal)

The Mazda2 is covered by a 5-year Manufacturer’s Warranty and 5-year Free Maintenance according to the manufacturer’s standards (inclusive of labour, parts and lubricants). Both Manufacturer Warranty and Free Maintenance have a coverage period of 5 years and a mileage limit of 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
