Perodua Issues Clarification On Dress Code At Service Centre

Perodua has officially responded to the recent photo of a signage on ‘dress code etiquette’ at one of its service centres in Kuantan, Pahang, which has been circulating online.

Encik JH Rozman Jaafar, Chief Operating Officer of Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd, has clarified that the notice on dress code etiquette is irregular and is not in line with the company’s official guidelines. The company has started an official investigation on the matter and will “follow with corrective measures to ensure that such an incident does not repeat itself”.

The signage in question has already been taken down. “We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience experienced by our valued customers at the Perodua Service Centre”.
