- In addition, Chery Malaysia also offers a 5-year free labour service plan for worry-free maintenance. Customers will benefit from 6 instances of complimentary labour for every alternate service within the 5-year period, utilising only fully synthetic oils to ensure engine durability and optimal performance. Chery Malaysia technicians will also advise on the timely replacement of parts to maintain peak performance.

- Chery Malaysia Customer Careline
- Chery Malaysia has established a dedicated Customer Careline to handle all customer concerns and inquiries on Chery products and services. With this initiative, Chery Malaysia aims to ensure that all customer enquiries and issues are promptly addressed.
