You Can Now Rate The User Support In The Maxim E-hailing App

The Maxim E-hailing service has introduced a new feature in its mobile application to gain feedback and improve the customer experience. All users who request for help in the app’s message section can now rate the assistance provided by User Support.

Once a member of the User Support customer service team completes a feedback requested by a user, 2 buttons will pop up for the user / customer i.e. a ‘thumbs up’ and a ‘thumbs down’. The customer can then select the corresponding thumb according to his / her satisfaction of the support provided. This is one way for Maxim to gather feedback on customer satisfaction.

The new function is used to help improve its level of service and also to create an easy interaction for the Maxim service user. By having the ‘rate’ button, it will be easier for the company to filter all messages with negative feedback and investigate the issue and make improvements to its services. “This function is surely to be of huge help in improving our services and responses to our users. Any remarks or ratings given by them are very essential as we can further analyze the effect of our responses to their questions. We would receive similar questions faced by each user everyday. Thus with this function, we hope to receive feedback on the solutions provided by our team,” said Dayana Qistina of MY User Support, Maxim.

Although the app only allows for a ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ now in response to the customer support provided, the company’s quality department is planning to introduce an option for customers to leave a comment. This is part of the company’s ongoing effort to ensure customer satisfaction for its e-hailing services.

The Maxim application is available for download from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, GetApps, Oppo App Market, Vivo App Store and Galaxy Store.
