Caltex Rewards Programme Offers Users A More Seamless And Rewarding Experience
The new Caltex Rewards loyalty programme promises to offer customers a more seamless user experience, and specially curated rewards. This programme, available via the CaltexGO mobile application, allows you to pay for fuel, collect points as well as redeem a wide variety of rewards in the same transaction.
“For motorists in Malaysia, refuelling is a routine task that sees them frequent service stations very often. The proposition that Caltex Rewards offers is simply this – How would you like to get rewarded every time you fuel up? No extra costs, no minimum spend and no hassle at all. Caltex Rewards allows motorists to earn points every time they fuel regardless of the amount. Meaning it doesn’t matter if you were to fuel up RM5 or RM105 worth of petrol, you can redeem those points immediately,” said Dean Gilbert, Chevron Malaysia Limited’s Country Chairman. Caltex Rewards is applicable at all Caltex service stations in Malaysia.
Whether through the mobile app, website or in the store, this loyalty programme offers Caltex customers a functional user experience as well as rewards curated with its partners, which include Family Mart, Lotus’s and Grab. The loyalty programme rewards have been customised to cater to Malaysian motorists’ preferences. The rewards points can also be used to get discounts on fuel purchases. Caltex Rewards members will be able to choose from a wide range of rewards, from fuel redemption to e-vouchers from the catalogue available in the app and website.
You can sign up for the Caltex Rewards programme through the CaltexGO mobile app, the Caltex website, or at any Caltex service station. For new member who sign up through the app or website, 500 points (worth RM5) will be awarded to you as a welcome gift upon registration. You can then hasten your points collection by spending at a Caltex station. You will receive 2 Caltex Rewards points for every 1 litre of fuel purchased. Furthermore, you will receive a birthday bonus of 500 points a year, for your birthday.
