Isuzu Malaysia and Autoexec Corporation officially opened a new Isuzu 3S dealership in Kuala Lumpur featuring the brand’s latest retail outlet design. Isuzu Malaysia_Shunsuke Okazoe_CEOAccording to Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, Shunsuke Okazoe, the new outlet design is one of the brand’s plans to elevate Isuzu’s presence, and offer customers a warmer and more inclusive environment. “This new outlet features a strong brand image to reflect the changing outlook of Isuzu’s retail business. The modern design elements and improved facilities are designed to ensure customers not only purchase the best products, but also receive a corresponding sales and aftersales experience under one roof,” said Okazoe.

Following this outlet design update, Isuzu outlets will soon be distinguishable with prominently positioned Isuzu logos on the building facade as well as on a logo tower at the outlet entrance. 3S Centres, particularly those that offer truck aftersales care, will also feature a spacious forecourt for ease of parking and maneouvering.

Available at this dealership is a full range of Isuzu products and services, ranging from the Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks to the light-, medium-, heavy-duty lorries and prime movers.

The air-conditioned showroom has spacious display space for pick-up trucks while a sheltered foyer allows for lorries to be viewed in comfort. There are also user-friendly digital information panels for customers to view more information. This outlet also boasts of a service centre, manned by trained technicians, that can accommodate up to 4 light-duty vehicles and 2 medium-duty trucks simultaneously. Furthermore, customers who bring their vehicles here for aftersales attention can enjoy refreshments in the comfortable lounge and browse official Isuzu merchandise.

The Autoexec Corporation dealership in Kuala Lumpur is the first outlet to feature the new retail design with more outlets around the country to follow suit. Isuzu Malaysia’s retail transformation exercise is expected to take about 2 years to complete, with the entire network expected to showcase the new identity by December 2024.
