New Hino 3S Centre Opens In Balakong
Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has officially opened its latest 3S centre. Operated by Soon Seng Truck & Parts Sdn Bhd (SSTP), this Sales, Service, and Spare Parts centre is located in a strategic area with good accessibility and convenience to Hino customers in the Balakong and surrounding areas.
This new Hino 3S centre is sited on 20,000 sq ft and cost SSTP about RM1 million to set up. The centre is equipped with the latest facilities and tools that comply to HINO standards. It features 6 service bays, including 2 express maintenance bays that guarantee a 45-minute servicing time exclusively for customers who have pre-booked an appointment.
For the comfort and convenience of Hino customers, the 3S centre offers a comfortable lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as free flow of beverages. Furthermore, SSTP offers convenient services for customers including road tax renewal, insurance coverage renewal services, and 24-hour towing truck services, besides the usual service maintenance and repairs.
The relationship between Hino and SSTP began more than 40 years ago when SSTP started off as an authorised spare parts distributor in Seremban in 1978. In 2008, SSTP upgraded its facility to 3S level and and then relocated to a more strategic location in Nilai, Negri Sembilan in 2014. The upgraded center offered vehicle sales, maintenance and repair, spare parts, as well as body and paint, including truck body fabrication and repair.
As a Hino Authorised 3S Dealership for over 10 years, SSTP has bagged about 30 awards. Its latest achievements were the Excellent Dealer Award 2021 and Total Support Award 2021. These achievements are recognition of its commitment to deliver customer satisfaction and accomplish customer retention.

The launch was officiated by Atsushi Uchiyama and Chan Swe Wah, Managing Director of SSTP.
With a growing customer base in the Klang Valley, Hino sees the need to meet increasing demand for its aftersales services. “In the commercial vehicle industry, good engagement with customers is our top priority and we will build continuous relationship especially in after-sales support. Our goal is to provide total support to customers and this new center will support our customers based in Klang Valley,” said Chan Swe Wah. He also sees a growing demand for transportation and logistics services in the Balakong area due to the development. “With the establishment of this new 3S center, we believe it will benefit to most transport and logistics companies,” he added.

The new Hino 3S centre is situated at No. 7, Jalan Taming Jaya, Taman Taming Jaya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor. It is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
