Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently celebrated the commitment of its dealership network to deliver the ‘Best Customer Experience’. Pushing the boundaries in automotive excellence and innovation, with an acute focus on customer-centricity is core to the Mercedes-Benz brand philosophy. The automaker hosted its ‘Dealer of the Year’ award to show appreciation to its dealers for the effort they put in throughout 2021. This is the 5th year the brand is hosting this award.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia presented 7 awards in total to its best performing dealers i.e. Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Customer Services, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rated, Most Improved Dealer, and the most coveted award – The Dealer of the Year 2021.
Hap Seng Star Kinrara won for Best in Financial Services, while Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie bagged the Best in Business Excellence award. BR Jaya was named the dealer that is Best in Customer Services while Asbenz Motors was Best in Sales.
The 5-star rated Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was given to Hap Seng Star Melaka, and the Most Improved Dealer was Hap Seng Star Kuala Lumpur. The highlight of the celebration was the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2021 award which was presented to Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru. This dealership had excelled in all aspects of the business and achieved the highest overall score.
