Bermaz Auto Alliance Officially Opens Flagship Peugeot Glenmarie 3S Centre
Bermaz Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd has officially opened its flagship Peugeot 3S Centre in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. This is its first official flagship centre that features a full-fledged facility encompasses sales, services and spare parts, and bears the new PEUGEOT brand identity.
As part of the Bermaz Automotive group, Bermaz Auto Alliance is focused on providing the best ownership experience for its customers. Besides making a commitment to further develop the Peugeot brand, the company will also strive to improve the ownership experience by providing thorough aftersales support and warranty-related coverage to customers. The aftersales support also extends to the Citroën and DS brands which are also part of the Stellantis Group.
Located at Lot 15, Jalan Pelukis U1/46, Temasya Industrial Park U1, 40150, Shah Alam, Selangor, this site was a Peugeot centre that has since been refreshed and updated by Bermaz since taking over as the new distributor. The refreshed centre features state-of-the-art service facilities that are designed to provide an enhanced customer experience.
The facility houses 21 operational service bays manned by trained and skilled technicians who are always kept up-to-date with the latest vehicle development, to give owners better peace of mind. The service centre is also equipped with the latest manufacturer’s diagnostic system equipment as well as maintenance tools to ensure that customers’ vehicles are diagnosed and serviced for optimum performance. Further, there is a comfortable lounge with refreshments and a working space for customers to wait in. This space provides complimentary WiFi.
The service centre is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and 8:00 am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
To book a service appointment, you can contact the Service Centre at 03-5021 2300 (ext. 2402 / 2403). However, if you need roadside assistance, you should contact the Peugeot 24-hours roadside assistance (1-800-22-3399).
For existing Peugeot owners, the Peugeot Customer Portal (customer.peugeot.com.my) is available for you to make an online service appointment.
Existing owners are encouraged to update their information with Bermaz Auto (https://baasb.com.my/Peugeot/index.html). All information will be kept and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Malaysia. The information provided will allow Bermaz Auto to check your warranty, recall notification, and improve your overall ownership experience.
