If you live in the Klang Valley, you will now have the choice of test driving a new Mitsubishi vehicle without being accompanied by a sales consultant. This is the option that Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has decided to give its customers who may feel more comfortable with this arrangement. However, if you would still like to have the vehicle’s features explained to you and your questions answered while you are doing the test drive, you can still opt to have a Mitsubishi Motors Sales Consultant ride along.
Whether you want to test drive the popular Triton pick-up truck or the XPANDER 7-seater crossover, you will need visit MMM’s official website (https://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.my/testdrive2u/) and submit a Test-Drive request form. Subsequently, authorised personnel from Mitsubishi Motors will contact you to verify and confirm the appointment request, and make necessary arrangements to deliver the test drive vehicle to your preferred location.
All test drive vehicles are sanitised, especially the common touch points, before they are handed to the potential buyer. The authorised personnel will also provide the necessary product information. You are then free to test drive the vehicle for up to an hour before returning it to the same location as the pick-up point.

We will then take care of the rest of the process right to delivering the Mitsubishi vehicle to customer’s doorsteps.”
Aside from this, existing Mitsubishi Motors customers who wish to schedule a service for their vehicle are encouraged to make a service appointment using the MITSUBISHI CONNECT MY mobile app. This is available for download via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
