Volkswagen Year-End Deals With Additional eShowroom Rebates

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia has started promoting its year-end deals for its range of Volkswagen vehicles. The special deals are valid only until 31 December 2021. Further, booking a car through the VW eShowroom will also gain you additional rebates for more savings.

The offers cover various models across Volkswagen Malaysia’s current line-up.

At the top of the line-up is the new VW Arteon R-Line 4MOTION. With its assertive and distinctive design giving off a commanding presence, this executive sedan is an ideal all-rounder to suit different driving needs whether it’s an enthusiastic drive or a long cruise, alone or with the family. The Arteon is powered by a 2.0L TSI turbo engine with 280 PS and 350 Nm, paired to a 7-speed wet dual clutch transmission. This allows the Arteon to sprint from 0 – 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. The 4MOTION all-wheel drive system delivers power to the rear wheels when required for better traction and control on the road. This dynamic fastback with class-leading performance comes with RM2,000 savings.

For those of you looking for an SUV instead, there is the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace. This 5+2 seater offers greater flexibility in seating and carrying capacity. There is a spacious 700-litre boot when the 3rd row seats are folded down This gets expanded to best-in-segment 1,775 litres when both the 2nd and 3rd row seats are folded.

The Allspace Highline uses a 1.4L TSI turbo engine and a 6-speed wet dual clutch gearbox to provide 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque; official average fuel consumption is rated at 7.3l/100km. Meanwhile, the Allspace R-Line uses the 2.0L TSI turbo and 7-speed wet DSG, similar to the Arteon, for an output of 220 PS and 350 Nm sent through the 4MOTION system.

The Tiguan Allspace is offered with a RM3,500 eShowroom rebate. You will enjoy an additional RM4,000 savings on the Tiguan Allspace Highline, or RM2,000 on the Tiguan Allspace R-Line.

Meanwhile, the sportier looking Passat R-Line comes with an additional RM,5,500 savings and one-year’s worth of free petrol.

Both Passat variants use a 2.0L TSI turbo engine paired with a 7-speed wet clutch DSG that produces 190 PS and 320 Nm of torque. The Passat R-Line gains Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) feature which offers up to 15 selectable increments of various parameters.

All VW models are eligible for 0% sales tax exemption, which means even more savings. Additionally, there is a 5 years unlimited mileage warranty and 3 years of free maintenance.
