Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia Updates Mitsubishi Connect MY App With Enhanced Features

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has made updates to its Mitsubishi Connect MY mobile application to offer more enhanced features. The official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia is investing in digital technology to strengthen its customer engagement, safety and convenience.

Prior to the update, the mobile app already allows Mitsubishi vehicle owners to book a service appointment, receive service appointment reminders and check service history. Now, the app allows owners to drop off their cars at the service center and then wait in the comfort of their homes as the app provides service status notifications and the time it will be ready for collection.

Other customer-centric features include records of vehicle servicing cost and warranty details. The app keeps you informed of your upcoming service cost estimation and warranty details for ease of planning. Additionally, it will also send you road tax and insurance renewal reminders.

Mitsubishi Connect MY_App_SOS Track and TraceMoreover, should you encounter an emergency while on the road, you can request for roadside assistance via the app’s SOS Trace & Track function in case of a breakdown or accident. By tapping on the ‘SOS’ function, your location can be tracked accurately using a GPS locator and its details will be verified by a customer service personnel from Mitsubishi Motors to send help immediately.

Beyond the servicing-related functions, the app can help you stay up-to-date with Mitsubishi’s latest promotions, news, and events; search for product information; and download brochures.
