Honda Malaysia Releases HondaTouch App To Enhance Digital Engagement

Honda Malaysia has released the HondaTouch app, its latest innovative digital feature, to enhance its digital engagement with Honda and Non-Honda¹ customers. The HondaTouch application is a convenient platform shared by customers, Honda Authorised Dealers and Honda Malaysia. It provides Honda owners with convenience and peace of mind, and to non-customers, the latest updates and promotions.

HondaTouch App_MalaysiaThe ten distinct features of the HondaTouch app include Service Appointment Booking, Service Appointment Reminder, Real-Time Service Status Tracking, Service History, and Find Your Nearest Dealer. Through a complete dealer listing in the application, Honda owners enjoy more convenience by directly making service appointments with their preferred dealer. The dealers will be alerted, and will confirm the appointment with the owners via the application.

Additionally, a pop-up notification will appear on your smartphone as a reminder of the appointment. Additionally, you can also keep tabs on all information about your vehicle such as service appointment reminder, service status tracking i.e. you can monitor the progress of the car servicing status, as well as your vehicle service history.

Another important aspect of the HondaTouch app is its one-stop feature for Emergency Assistance. In the event of a breakdown or accident, you can contact the roadside assistance service¹ through the app for immediate assistance. Besides that, you will be able to receive notification on your Insurance Renewal Reminder allowing you to plan your next course of action. HondaTouch is also available for registration by Non-Honda¹ customers.

Both Honda and Non-Honda¹ customers can stay connected with Honda Malaysia via the HondaTouch app through its Promotions, Events and Updates features. Users will receive the latest news and updates on promotions, ongoing and future events as well as other activities by Honda Malaysia.

Honda Malaysia_Showroom_DealershipHondaTouch also offers the New Car Pre-Booking² feature, which is the first digital pre-booking platform for Honda Malaysia. This hassle-free feature enables you to place a booking for your preferred model from Honda Malaysia’s line-up without having to go to a dealership, and can be done from anywhere at any time. Further, both Honda and Non-Honda¹ customers can use the Contact Us feature in the application should there be any inquiries pertaining to a vehicle, its service, promotions or any activities by Honda Malaysia.
