The BMW and MINI premium ownership experience in Malaysia has just been further enhanced with the inclusion of the Door-to-Door service. BMW Group Malaysia’s latest solution for contactless customer service is done in collaboration with Allianz Worldwide Partners.
With this service, BMW and MINI customers in Malaysia can now request for and receive vehicle service from their preferred dealer without leaving their home. A BMW service provider will be assigned to collect the BMW or MINI vehicle from your doorstep and transport the vehicle to the dealership for service. Once the service is completed, the vehicle will be returned to you at your preferred location.
Additionally, the Door-to-Door service allows you to arrange for doorstep delivery of your new BMW or MINI vehicle from your preferred dealership. The new vehicle will be delivered on a flatbed, depending on your location and preference.
This partnership with Allianz Worldwide Partners for the Door-to-Door service ensures greater peace-of-mind for BMW and MINI customers. Allianz Worldwide Partners has extensive network coverage across Malaysia, and promises efficient lead times. Further, there is strict enforcement of COVID-19 safety measures to ensure both the customer and service provider are well protected.
