A new Toyota 4S outlet has officially opened in Muar, Johor. Although it is new, the owner operator, E.S. Yang Motor Sdn Bhd, is no stranger to Muar. It has been an authorised Toyota dealer in town since 1993 with one showroom. Over the years, it had expanded its business to offer aftersales at its service centre (1994) before upgrading into a 3S centre. In 2012, it further invested in building a Body & Paint Centre.
However, realizing that it could improve further in terms of customer convenience, E.S. Yang Motor decided to consolidate all its operations in various parts of town into one location. The new E.S. Yang Motor Toyota 4S Centre is located at 333, Jalan Dato Haji Kosai, 84000 Muar, Johor.
The newly opened 4S outlet has 66 employees dedicated to sales and service. The service centre has 12 bays and can handle up to 33 vehicles a day. Furthermore, its Body & Paint Centre for accident repair and paintwork refinishing adheres to the highest standards set by Toyota Motor Corporation to ensure quality. Standard amenities within the 4S centre are a comfortable lounge for customers to wait in, as well as complimentary refreshments, WiFi and TV.
The E.S. Yang Motor Toyota 4S operates from Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Contact numbers are: (06) 952 8333 for Sales and (06) 955 6333 for Service.
“We are always delighted when our dealers recognize the importance of customer care and raising the standard of services. As a long-time authorized Toyota dealer in Muar, Johor, E.S. Yang Motor has contributed to growing the reputation of the Toyota brand and now offers its customers the full range of services at one location for convenience. We commend E.S. Yang Motor on this initiative and wish them all the best in the coming years,” said Ravindran K., President of UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd.
Additionally, UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd further assures Malaysians that every effort is made to ensure the safety and protection of customers who visit any authorised Toyota sales and service outlets. All authorised outlets have adopted strict guidelines for their daily operations which are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures issued by MITI. The SOP requires such measures as social distancing, sanitisation of premises and contactless payments where possible.
“We prioritise the health and safety of all our customers and staff and will continue to take the necessary precaution and preventive measures,” he added.
