Selected Subaru Service Centres Resume Operations

Exclusive distributor of Subaru in Malaysia, TC Subaru Sdn Bhd, has received approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) to resume partial operations of some of its service centres during the extended Movement Control Order (MCO) period.

Four TC Subaru service centres have been approved to open from Monday, 27 April 2020, with limited hours:

Services authorised by MITI during the MCO period include service maintenance, minor repairs, and vehicle breakdown services. You are advised to contact your nearest service centre to make an appointment before visiting.

Subaru will continue assisting customers for emergencies during the MCO period via the Subaru Careline : 1-800-22-9898 or 012-536-0080. TC Subaru is also extending the vehicle warranties of customers which expire during the MCO period, by 60 days or 1,000 km, whichever comes first.

Safety measures such as thorough sanitising of work areas, temperature reading and use of surgical masks, hand sanitisers and disinfectant sprays, are implemented at all Subaru service centres to curb the spread of COVID-19.

With TC Subaru’s recently introduced Online Booking campaign, Subaru customers and new car buyers in Malaysia looking to purchase a new XV or Forester can do so from the comfort of their home, at any time of the day.

All you need to do is to fill in the Online Booking form at https://onlinebooking.subaru.asia/xv or https://onlinebooking.subaru.asia/forester to secure a booking with a fee payment of just RM188. Upon successful submission, a unique booking code will be sent via email. A Subaru Sales Advisor will then be in touch within five working days to finalise the booking and registration for the selected Subaru model. The Online Booking campaign runs from now until the MCO is lifted.
