Auto Bavaria Launches i-Service Mobile Service For BMW Customers

The initiative by Auto Bavaria, which is the largest authorised dealer representative for BMW in Malaysia, provides BMW vehicle owners the convenience of having their cars serviced at their doorstep. This service can be requested via the Auto Bavaria mobile application.


BMW_Auto Bavaria i-Service_Mobile Service Van_TechniciansThe Auto Bavaria mobile app allows BMW owners to book service appointments, check vehicle service history, view service progress, as well as make payments within the app. It also has a ‘track & chat’ feature to track the location of the i-Service vehicle and chat with the technicians to monitor the progress of their vehicle that is being serviced.


Auto Bavaria i-Service_BMW_Technician_Car ServicingWith the app, BMW customers can direct the i-Service vehicle to a location closest to them, whether it is at home or at the workplace, as long as it is within 40 km radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships. The trained i-Service technicians are able to perform scheduled maintenance services including oil change, brake pad change, tyre change, tyre balancing and battery change, thus saving you a trip to the service centre.

Every i-Service vehicle is equipped with the latest tools and equipment, and manned by experienced and qualified technicians using only BMW genuine parts to ensure that the best-in-class service is provided.

Auto Bavaria i-Service will roll out three i-Service vehicles initially to cater to prime areas in the Klang Valley, within 40 km radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships, and there are plans for expansion in the near future.

The Auto Bavaria i-Service operates six days a week except for public holidays, between 9 am – 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays; and 9 am – 12 pm on Saturdays.
