Volkswagen Chinese New Year Open House At All Authorised VW Dealerships – 8 February 2020
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia will be celebrating a prosperous Chinese New Year with a nationwide open house this weekend. The open house on Saturday, 8 February will be held at all authorised Volkswagen dealerships nationwide from 11 am till 5 pm.
Volkswagen’s Chinese New Year theme focuses on the Chinese character “旺” which translates to “wong”, which in Cantonese, means good luck or prosperity. And VPCM is giving “wong” in abundance to new and existing owners through great rebates and aftersales offerings, as well as a CNY feast complete with “yee sang” and other exciting activities for the whole family.
One of the highlights at the open house will be the Passat 2.0TSI Elegance launched recently. Featuring a redesign of the exterior and interior, improved connectivity and updated lighting signatures, the new Passat Elegance is priced at RM187,990, and for a limited time, is offered with 1 year’s worth of insurance for free.
Customers considering a Tiguan variant (Highline, JOIN and Sound & Style) will also enjoy additional “wong” as it now comes with additional 1-year free insurance and 1-year free petrol rebate.

Current Volkswagen owners are invited to celebrate together at the open house and are encouraged to book a slot for complimentary 20-point inspection. There will also be discounts of up to 20% on batteries and tyres.
VW owners with free maintenance vouchers who spend a minimum of RM388 will receive free fluid top-up of coolant, windscreen cleaner and engine oil. Those without a voucher will only need to spend a minimum amount of RM488 to take advantage of the same offer. VCP customers are entitled to the same benefits as above with only a minimum spend of RM288 (subject to terms and conditions).
All Volkswagen models come with 3 years free maintenance, 5 years unlimited mileage warranty and 5 years roadside assistance.
