GVE Asia Group Takes Over Operations of Volkswagen Sg. Besi Dealership

Kuala Lumpur, 6 December 2019 – Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced that there is a change at its VW Sungei Besi dealership in Kuala Lumpur. Starting from 2 December 2019, Volkswagen Sg. Besi will be operated by its new dealer partner, GVE Asia Group. This will mark GVE Asia’s first entry into the Volkswagen network. GVE Asia Group is a leading automotive company that distributes and retails a range of luxury and premium passenger marques in Malaysia. Its business operations comprise of used car dealerships, sales and aftersales and other automotive related services.

Erik Winter, Managing Director of VPCM, had expressed Volkswagen’s appreciation to Wearnes Automotive for its 11 years of support; GVE Asia Group is taking over the Sg. Volkswagen Sg. Besi is a 3S dealership that caters to the complete needs of Volkswagen owners. With a built-up area of over 75,181 sq ft on two floors, the showroom fits nine display vehicles and houses aftersales facilities that comply to Volkswagen’s global standards. This 3S outlet also has a modern waiting lounge complete with cable TV, WiFi and a cafe for VW customers to enjoy.
