Hyundai Opens 3S Centre In Butterworth, Penang
Hyundai has opened a new Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) 3S centre in Butterworth, expanding its sales and service network in Penang. The new 3S centre, operated by CS Euro, will complement another GDSI 3S in Prai, also on the mainland.
Spanning an area of 14,480 sq ft, the CS Euro Hyundai 3S centre in Butterworth will have a showroom, a service area with up to six work bays and a spare parts centre once renovation works are completed. At this GDSI 3S centre, Hyundai customers can look forward to such services as Quick Service, a comfortable lounge with complimentary WiFi as well as a shuttle service.
CS Euro has experience working with European and American automotive brands over eight years, and is confident of its ability to offer value added services and superior service quality to customers.
Mr Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors, said the brand aims to constantly improve the service quality at its sales and service outlets by establishing partnerships with experienced dealers. “Offering premium service quality is our ultimate aim and we will continue to work on that by establishing partnerships with experienced dealers. I am confident of CS Euro’s capabilities given the vast experience that they have. We look forward to more partnerships such as this,” said Mr Low.
Hyundai currently has three 3S centres in the state of Penang, including one on Jalan Sungai Pinang, island-side. The CS Euro 3S centre is located strategically in Butterworth with easy access from Penang island as well as neighbouring areas such as Bukit Mertajam, Kulim, Prai and Nibong Tebal.
The showroom is opens from 9 am to 6 pm, every day, while its service centre is open from 9 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Saturday.
In conjunction with the official opening, customers coming in for service will enjoy 10 percent discount on labour and parts as well as a mystery gift.
