Mitsubishi Motors Expands Network with new 3S in Sitiawan

Kuala Lumpur, 29 August 2019 – Mitsubishi Motors may have the highest score in the latest JD Power 2019 Malaysia Customer Service Index (CSI) Mass Market Study among all the automotive brands in the country but it is not sitting still. Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles, is still continuing its effort to ensure that remains No. 1 in the survey by expanding its sales and aftersales network. And as such, it has officially launched the latest Mitsubishi Motors 3S Centre in Sitiawan, Perak.

This sales, service and spare parts centre is operated by authorized dealer Lofty Ambition Sdn Bhd, making it its third Mitsubishi Motors showroom in Perak; the first two showrooms are in Ipoh and Taiping. Lofty Ambition’s outlet in Sitiawan is the first showroom in the Northern region with Mitsubishi Motors’ new corporate brand, represented by its global tagline ‘Drive Your Ambition’.

The new 3S Centre houses a customer lounge and a fully equipped workshop. The 3S centre comes with fully equipped advance diagnostic tools and Special Set Tools (SST) to serve every Mitsubishi vehicle.

In a short time, Lofty Ambition is able to grow and strengthen the Mitsubishi brand presence in Perak and we are happy to celebrate Lofty Ambition’s third Mitsubishi showroom today! The Mitsubishi Motors 3S Centre is located at No. 1, Jalan Medan Serdang 1, Medan Serdang, 32000 Sitiawan, Perak.

With the opening of this new Lofty Ambition 3S, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is now represented by 52 showrooms (out of which 47 are 3S Centres) and 54 service outlets throughout Malaysia. In East Malaysia, MMM has 15 showrooms (7 in Sarawak and 8 in Sabah).

MMM currently sells the Triton, ASX and Outlander. The Triton 4×4 pick-up truck is imported CBU (Completely Built-Up) from Thailand while the ASX compact SUV and Outlander SUV are locally assembled (CKD) in Malaysia.
