Over the past couple of months, Isuzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd has held Customer Appreciation Night events to fete its commercial vehicles fleet customers for their staunch support and loyalty to the brand. The first Customer Appreciation Night was held last month in Kuala Lumpur for the Klang Valley area, while the second was held in early December in Johor for the southern region.
Besides the Isuzu fleet customers, Isuzu authorised dealers and members of the media also attended the events. In KL, the highlight was the various Appreciation Awards given to selected Isuzu fleet customers from the 50 companies which were invited exclusively for the event. These companies have chosen Isuzu trucks as their top choice for commercial vehicles, in which 17 of those companies received special awards and acknowledgements from Isuzu Malaysia.
Meanwhile in Johor, 68 companies from Melaka, Negri Sembilan and Johor, which use Isuzu vehicles in their fleets were invited to the Appreciation Night. Ten of these companies received special awards and acknowledgements from Isuzu Malaysia. Also there were 14 dealer representatives from the Johor region.
Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer, Koji Nakamura and Chief Operating Officer, Atsunori Murata, took the opportunity to convey the company’s gratitude to all guests for the unwavering support and trust shown by business partners all these years which helped Isuzu to maintain the No. 1 spot as the most preferred commercial vehicle based on sales volume in all segments in Malaysia, for 4 consecutive years from 2014 until 2017.
