“Mercedes-Benz Certified” Offers Quality Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz Vehicles In Malaysia
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) has announced the “Mercedes-Benz Certified” label, a rebrand of its “Proven Exclusivity” pre-owned vehicles programme. For MBM, the move to have the “Mercedes-Benz Certified” label is in line with the brand’s global strategy. For a customer, it means the opportunity to buy a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz which are not older than six years, sourced exclusively from authorized Mercedes-Benz Malaysia dealers, and with less than 125,000km on the clock, and with no identifiable structural damage.

Here, in this dedicated facility for Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicles, our customers can count on our nine customer promises which caters to their needs and affordability”, said Dr Claus Weidner, President and CEO, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia.
All pre-owned vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz Certified programme must only be fully serviced and maintained by authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres, and with only original parts used. This is to ensure the next customers’ peace-of-mind. All vehicles under this programme are prepared to fulfil the same criteria, in line with the nine promises (listed in bold text below) provided by MBM to instil consumer confidence on Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicles.
Before a vehicle is accepted into the Mercedes-Benz Certified programme, it has to undergo a rigorous 215 multi-point inspection by certified technicians before receiving the Mercedes-Benz Certified stamp of approval. The thorough inspection includes appearance inspection, engine components, and electrical systems to chassis and body, as well as extensive road tests. This is necessary to ensure that the future owner has confidence and pride in brand and the vehicle.
Prior to purchasing a Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicle, customers are offered the option to test drive any Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicles to ensure it caters to their needs and preference. Customers also have the option to trade-in their existing vehicle when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicle.
Further, all Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicles are checked and verified for genuine service and maintenance records from an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer, and ensured to have a guaranteed mileage at the time of the customer handover. All vehicles are covered by a 12-month warranty extension with unlimited mileage, on top of the remaining manufacturer warranty. Moreover, vehicles under this programme also come with finance and insurance services offered, according to your needs.
Buyers of Mercedes-Benz Certified vehicles are also assured of flexible and affordable service contracts for the service and maintenance package, in addition to the 24-hour road assistance offered.
The Mercedes-Benz pre-owned vehicles programme rebranding was done simultaneously with the launch of the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Centre by Hap Seng Star Kinrara.
