First Honda 3S Centre In Banting Officially Opened
Honda owners in and around Banting now have a 3S centre conveniently located in their area with the official opening of the Honda 3S Centre at at Lot 1608, Jalan Klang Banting, Telok Panglima Garang, 42500, Selangor.
Operated by Banting Star Sdn Bhd, this 3S centre is part of Honda Malaysia’s initiative to provide more convenience to its customers outside of urban areas. The Banting Star 3S Centre is housed in a 23,250 sq ft building with 16 bays (11 service bays, 3 general repair bays and 2 tyre service bays) that can cater to up to 44 cars a day. The investment into the facility and equipment totaled RM15 million.
This Honda 3S Centre features a Customer Lounge, an Executive Lounge, a Café Counter serving a variety of hot drinks and snacks, a Kids Corner and a Surau. Additionally, complimentary Wi-Fi services, car wash services, road tax renewal and insurance coverage are also offered for the convenience of its customers.
Honda Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Toichi Ishiyama said, “This new Honda 3S Centre will provide easier access to more convenience for our customers in the Banting area. Banting Star’s strong commitment towards Honda, especially in putting customers as their utmost priority is highly commendable. We are pleased to note that their focus is aligned with Honda’s principle of Joy of Selling and Joy of Buying”.
With first quarter sales in 2018 hitting 24,100 units, Honda Malaysia is confident of a retaining its leading position in the non-national segment and second place in total industry volume. The Central region was the biggest contributor to Honda Malaysia’s sales performance, with over 11,500 units (48%) sold. Hence the opening of the Banting Star Honda 3S Centre is timely to support the increased after-sales intake. In the first quarter of 2018, the total service intake in the Central region totaled more than 148,100 units, a 10% increase from the service intakes in the same period last year.
