2018 Vespa GTS Super 300 Launched In Malaysia
The 2018 Vespa GTS Super 300 scooter is officially launched in Malaysia by Naza Premira Sdn Bhd, the brand’s official distributor. Vespa markets the GTS Super 300 as a lifestyle scooter that combines the brands values of style, comfort, safety and sturdiness and that it’s “Not For Everyone”.
Sporting Vespa’s classic iconic design, the GTS Super 300 is powered by a liquid-cooled single-cylinder 300cc Quasar engine that delivers 21.2 hp at 7,750 rpm and maximum torque of 22 Nm at 5,000 rpm via a twist-and-go CVT with torque server. The engine is said to have quick engine response that is ideal for maneuvering through city traffic.
The Vespa GTS Super 300 also comes standard with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) on both wheels for optimal control, as well as Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR) which enhances vehicle control.
Other features include bike finder, LCD dashboard screen, USB charging port, new lighting system with LED, and electric remote operating system on its saddle. Further, the standard anti-theft immobiliser locks the engine control unit functionality upon removal of the key.
The Vespa GTS Super 300 is priced at RM28,203 (on the road) and is available in four colours i.e. Monte Bianco (white), Verde Speranza (green), Grigio Titiano (black) and Giallo Gelosia (yellow).
