Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently celebrated its dealers and recognising the best and brightest among them at its inaugural Dealer of the Year awards. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia currently has 33 dealerships nationwide, the largest dealer network of any premium brand locally.
Held at the Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa in Penang, the Mercedes-Benz dealers vied for 6 awards i.e. Best Performance in Sales, Best Performance in After-Sales, Best Performance in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Customer Loyalty Index (CLI), Best Performance in Business Excellence, Best Performance in Financial Services, and the ultimate – The Dealer of the Year 2017.
The respective winners were: Asbenz Motors Sdn Bhd for Best Performance in Sales; Cycle & Carriage Bintang Bhd (Johor Bahru) for Best Performance in After-Sales; Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) Sdn Bhd (Juru & Bukit Tengah) for Best Performance in CSI and CLI; Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd (Kinrara) for Best Performance in Business Excellence; and Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd (Jalan Ipoh) for Best Performance in Financial Services.
The most coveted award, the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2017, was presented to Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd Balakong for achieving the overall highest scores in all aspects of sales, after-sales, customer satisfaction index, customer loyalty index, business excellence and financial services.
