Free 20-Point Safety Inspection By Proton For Hari Raya
In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidil Fitri travel period, Proton has brought back its free 20-point safety inspection for Proton owners, at all its authorized service centers this month (June). And again, Proton is collaborating with Petronas Dagangan Berhad to bring this service to its customers at selected Petronas stations as part of the Petronas Coffee Break Campaign.
Due to the positive feedback received for the previous mobile inspection centers, Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn. Bhd. has also approached Proton to again set up a mobile station along the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) for Proton customers.
The free mobile safety inspection at LDP will be at the Hentian Sebelah Petaling Jaya (Sunway-bound) from Puchong, from 20 to 22 June 2017 (10 am – 5 pm). The Proton mobile inspection teams will also be at 5 selected Petronas stations located in Kedah, Terengganu, Pahang, Kelantan and Negeri Sembilan, from 21 to 23 June 2017 (10 am – 5 pm).

- Central
- Hentian Sebelah Petaling Jaya, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya (Puchong to Sunway bound)
21 – 23 June 2017, 10am – 5pm

- PETRONAS Station Laguna Merbok, Sungai Petani, Kedah
- South
- PETRONAS Station Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
- East Coast
- PETRONAS Station Jerteh, Terengganu
- PETRONAS R & R Gambang (East bound), Pahang
- PETRONAS Station Gua Musang, Kelantan
This campaign is part of Proton’s continuous nationwide safety campaign where Proton owners are encouraged to visit any Proton authorized service center for the free 20-point safety inspection before embarking on a long journey.
The free 20-point safety inspection will include: tire tread and pressure, brake system, pedal operation in the brake and clutch, suspension, battery, wiper blades, belts, all switches and also fluid levels such as engine oil, brake fluid, power steering, coolant and wiper washer.
Proton will also be giving out tokens of appreciation to its customers who bring their cars in for the inspection.
