Hyundai Opens 2S GDSI Center In Melaka

The first Hyundai 2S has opened in Melaka. Owned by Hyundai authorized dealer, Premium Autoworld Sdn Bhd, this is the fifth outlet in Malaysia to follow Hyundai’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI).

According to Mr Simon Tan, Managing Director of Premium Autoworld, the new 2S GDSI (service and parts center) will strengthen Hyundai’s ‘modern premium’ brand proposition with the improved looks and service quality.

The GDSI center is inspired by nature and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls with vertical greens in the interior. The subtle bronze look and modern architectural design of the exterior adds visual appeal; the interior offers modern furnishing and warm lighting for a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Customers can expect a premium customer lounge with high-speed internet, pickup/deliver service (prior appointment required) and complimentary coffee-making facility. Other services include insurance and road tax renewal, body and paint as well as car grooming services.

“The GDSI reflects Hyundai’s ‘modern premium’ brand concept which is not only reflected in its products but the services it offers as well,” said Mr Lau Yit Mun, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM). He added that sales of premium Hyundai models like the Sonata and Santa Fe have picked up over the last few years and customers of these premium models would expect premium service quality when visiting a Hyundai service center, hence the need for a GDSI outlet in Malacca.

In conjunction with its official opening, Premium Autoworld is offering the following discounts and promotions until 31 May 2016 at its 2S GDSI outlet:

• 50% discount on labour charges for a Hyundai Basic service package and for first time customers only. Customers need to download and log in to the Hyundai Care App via smartphone to enjoy the discount which is limited to one-time use only.
• Free labour on lube change (engine oil and engine filter) and 15% discount on parts for older Hyundai models no longer covered by warranty i.e. Matrix, Gets, Avante, XD Elantra, Atos and NF Sonata.
• Free 22-point inspection (weekdays only).

Premium Autoworld’s 2S GDSI outlet is located at No. 1, Jalan PK 8B-1, Taman Perindustrian Krubong 75260 Malacca.

The GDSI showroom (also owned by Premium Autoworld) is located at T199, Jalan Munshi Abdullah 75100 Malacca. It operates every day from 10 am – 6 pm.
