Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd and their long-time authorized dealer, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (CCB), today officially unveiled the newly upgraded CCB Autohaus in Petaling Jaya.

CCB spent RM 7 million on the latest upgrade, bringing their total investment to this center to RM 43 million and marks another milestone in their partnership with Mercedes-Benz. The CCB PJ Autohaus carries Mercedes-Benz’s latest corporate identity which is aimed at enhancing customers’ experience.

“As the inventor of the automobile, for 130 years we have been setting the benchmark in automotive excellence, especially customer experience. Our CI (corporate identity) is a fundamental aspect of this pursuit of excellence and a key component in the Mercedes-Benz DNA. The CI is also instrumental in maintaining a significant and identifiable presence throughout our dealer network which is why our partners, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad and their relentless enthusiasm for the brand has been so valued,” said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia President and CEO, Dr Claus Weidner.

The CCB PJ Autohaus is located on Lot 19, Jalan 51A/219, Off Federal Highway, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and is the largest Autohaus for CCB, with the latest AMG Performance Centre housed on the first floor. This Autohaus is filled with many customer conveniences like an extended customer lounge area with a vertical garden and the latest i-Showroom which includes digital touchscreens and tablets for customers to gain a better understanding of Mercedes-Benz product features and sales processes. CCB PJ also incorporates all the key aspects of the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), the extensive guide to showroom design.

“Our history and legacy is intertwined with the Mercedes-Benz brand. We remain ever committed to the growth of the brand in Malaysia and next week we will be introducing our newly renovated Autohaus in Georgetown. We aim to continue creating great new experiences for our customers for many years to come,” said Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Wong Kin Foo.
