Honda Jazz: A new colour and a refresh
The 3rd generation Honda Jazz now comes with an exciting new colour and one of its variants get a slight makeover.
The new colour is Carnival Red and according to Honda Malaysia’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Yoichiro Ueno, Honda’s research “observed that the Jazz is attracting a new group of young customers mainly tertiary students and young adults who are looking to own their first car. Research has shown that the colour red was depicted to be fresh, vibrant and young. We are pleased to introduce the Jazz in Carnival Red, which is a perfect combination of fun and practicality, and we are confident it will be able to meet our young customers’ requirements. The vibrant and striking colour complements the versatile lifestyle of the young customers perfectly”.
Apart from this new colour, the S Variant of the Jazz also received various enhancements based on market feedback – the front grille is now in high-glossed black with chrome plating, the rear license garnish is also chrome plated and the door mirrors are now powered for convenience.
Other aspects of the car remain unchanged, from the efficient 1.5L SOHC i-VTEC engine paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission to the large and functional cabin space with the Versatile Magic Seats to the nine cup holders.
