Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has officially opened its new 3S Centre in Semenyih to further elevate Honda’s commitment towards providing convenience and efficient services to customers.
Honda Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yoichiro Ueno said, “This new facility is designed to offer comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with its sophisticated exterior to give good presence to the vicinity. Semenyih is one of the fastest growing areas in Selangor. With this newly designed facility and its strategic location, I am confident that SAG Ultimate will succeed in enhancing the sales and after sales experiences for customers in Selangor.”
The new 3S Centre covers a total built-up area of 22,000 square feet which sits on approximately 61,000 square feet of land. RM19 million was invested into the land, building, and equipment together with facilities to provide a conducive environment for customers.
There are 14 service bays that can accommodate up to 30 cars per day. Among the services that await customers at this dealership are comfortable customer lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi services, car drop services and also a kids play area, which aims to provide an overall enjoyable customer experience.
SAG Ultimate Sdn. Bhd. is the first Honda dealer that was designed and built based on Honda’s new Dealership Facility Program in order to enhance the operation standards for all Honda dealerships. This program was introduced two years ago as Honda’s new Corporate Identity (CI), to ensure every new Honda dealership offers the best facility and excellent quality in terms of sales and after sales experience that exceeds customers’ expectations.
From January to October this year, Honda Malaysia has sold 74,920 units, translating to a 19% jump compared to the same period last year. This significant increase is a new record for Honda Malaysia and has in turn reinforced its No. 1 position in the Non-National segment.
Honda Malaysia recently marked its half a million vehicle sales in Malaysia. The Company attributes this positive growth to the strong teamwork of all Honda associates and dealers who work hard to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

And our first priority is always to achieve excellent satisfaction and to deliver the joy of driving to the customers. Over the past three years, Honda Malaysia has been aggressively expanding its dealer network and targets to achieve 90 dealerships by 2016 to meet customer expectation. Of the current 86 Honda dealers in Malaysia, 14 have Body and Paint Centres.
