Audi A3 Carbon Edition – 30 units only special for Malaysia
Audi Malaysia has announced the immediate availability of an exclusive Carbon Edition variant of the Audi A3 Sedan offered a single-batch limited run of just 30 units.
Based on the popular 1.4 TFSI variant of the A3 Sedan, the Audi A3 Carbon Edition is fitted with a range of specially selected Audi Genuine Accessories to create a sportier appearance.
Immo Buschmann, Managing Director of Audi Malaysia shares, “The Audi A3 Carbon Edition is a showcase of how discerning customers can select customized packages featuring our range of Audi Genuine Accessories to achieve a look that is both individualistic but still distinctively Audi for their vehicles. As we ramp up our presence in Malaysia, I am looking forward to introducing more products that broaden the range of our offerings for customers that want something a little more exclusive.”
Available only in Glacier White colour, an A3 Carbon Edition be spotted with exterior adornments such as the Audi exclusive black styling package and the addition of a glossy black front spoiler, with matching rear apron and side sills. The base car’s standard-fit 17-inch cast aluminium rims make way for 18-inch matt black five-spoke alternatives. Carbon side mirror housings and tailgate spoiler complete the transformed look.
Inside, the A3 Carbon Edition’s seats are wrapped in Alcantara and leather combination trim, and each vehicle will feature an individually numbered stainless steel plaque on the centre console.
Additional equipment fitted here not previously available in the base A3 1.4 TFSI include front and rear parking sensors together with smart keyless entry.
The additional trim and innate exclusivity of the A3 Carbon Edition inevitably comes at a price. Retailing at RM194,333, it is over RM14k costlier than the base A3 1.4 TFSI. The other member of the A3 range, the 1.8 TFSI quattro, is priced at RM237,900.
