Shell Nationwide Survey offering weekly prizes for 1,200 customers
Shell Malaysia has launched the Shell Nationwide Survey last week in an initiative to gather feedback from customers on its products and services to help the company better understand the needs of its customers.
Customers just need to visit any Shell station nationwide and perform a sales transaction, fill in a survey form, attach the transaction receipt and drop it in the box provided. No minimum transaction is required.
“This is the first time we are embarking on a survey of this scale to obtain public feedback. It goes back to the basis of our business, to innovate and develop products and services that resonate with motorists. We would not be able to do this without first understanding our customer needs, which are constantly evolving; and this survey is one way of further assessing their current preferences. The success of our business is dependent on our customers and their opinions matter to us,” said Azman Ismail, MD of Shell Malaysia.
To further entice participation, Shell is offering a cash prize of RM1,000 and a gift pack worth RM150 to 150 survey participants surveyed weekly from now until the survey’s end at 9 July 2013. A total of 1,200 customers will be rewarded.
In conjunction with the survey, Shell is also deploying its World of Shell ‘pop-up’ truck to make its rounds around shopping malls nationwide. Consumers visiting the truck can enjoy special deals from Shell and participate in various other activities.
“This survey is just one way of hearing from our customers and ensuring we provide that superior experience to live up to your expectations; so please head on over to any of our Shell stations nationwide and fill in the survey form – we definitely value your feedback and you may just get rewarded for it,” Azman added.
