Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP), the official importer of Porsche vehicles in Malaysia, officially announced the relocation of its Porsche Centre Bukit Bintang today. In view of the Mass Rapid Transit projects taking place in downtown Kuala Lumpur, Porsche Centre Bukit Bintang will cease operations with immediate effect, and will be relocated to a new premise located in Damansara.

Spanning across almost 1.400 sqm, the new two-storey Porsche Centre Damansara will have ample space to showcase the latest Porsche models and a wide range of Porsche Pre-owned cars available. It is easily accessible from the Penchala Link, Sprint Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong and other major highways. This puts it within easy reach of many customers residing in suburbs like Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail and even Desa Park City, at the same time it provides good test drive opportunities.

The new Porsche Centre will also be equipped with a state of the art Porsche Fitting Lounge. The fitting lounge includes various colour and leather samples as well as the Porsche car configurator which is operated through a 60-inch touch screen, a perfect set-up to help customers order their dream Porsche.

“The relocation of Porsche Centre Bukit Bintang to the new automotive belt in Damansara is in line with SDAP’s plan to expand its network in strategic locations. I believe that with the opening of the new Porsche Centre Damansara, we will be able to be more accessible for many more of our customers. The new location will play an integral role in Porsche’s expansion in Malaysia,” said Arnt Bayer, Chief Executive Officer of SDAP.

The new Porsche Centre Damansara is scheduled to begin operation in July 2013.
