Fans and customers of Harley-Davidson residing in the northern states of Peninsula Malaysia will have their needs better served with the opening of a new 3S centre based in Juru Auto City, Penang. Operated by Naza Prestige Bikes Sdn Bhd, the outlet is the second Harley showroom based in Malaysia.

The 8,000 sq ft showroom was built at a cost of RM 2 million, and as a full-fledged 3S showroom, Harley-Davidson of Penang will also function as a service centre with four service bays supported by well-trained technicians and a consistent supply of spare parts.

In conjunction with the showroom’s official opening, Harley-Davidson introduced two new models: Fatboy Slim and Sportster 72 that were displayed alongside the CVO, Touring, Softail, Dyna, Sportster and V-Rod family of motorcycles. The motorcycles were unveiled by Mr. Frank Albrecht, Director of Sales and Business Development, Harley-Davidson Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., during ‘Harley-Davidson of Penang Nite’, a celebration attended by 3,000 Harley-Davidson guests and invited bikers from around the region.

The event continued into the next day with more than 150 bikers visiting four charity homes in the areas and thrilled the children of the homes by giving them the opportunity to ride on Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Dato’ SM Zulkifli SM Amin, Chief Operating Officer of NAZA Group of Companies, presented RM5,000 in donations to each Rumah Seri Cahaya, Penang Cheshire Home (Rumah Amal Cheshire Pulau Pinang), Rumah Permata Kasih, and Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti Parlimen Kepala Batas.
